You will have accountability for P&L management with a focus on building high performing teams, creating a winning culture and driving profitable growth within the assigned region.Location: Los Angeles and Orange CountyJob Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for the Southern California region.Develop and implement comprehensive regional business plans and sales strategies to maximize market penetration and product adoption.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Vascular Access sales representatives, providing coaching, performance management, and ongoing training.Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, purchasing groups, and other critical decision-makers.Conduct regular market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer needs assessments to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Manage regional budget, expenses, and resources effectively to ensure profitability.Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and other internal departments to ensure successful product launches and market support.Monitor sales pipeline, forecast future sales, and report on regional performance to senior management.Ensure compliance with all
