They present the food and beverage check and take payment and are ultimately responsible for the appearance of their station meaning proper set up for the meal being served, and cleanliness.Responsibilities:Responsible for all stages of food and beverage service in the restaurant, bowling area, bar or other areas throughout the venueMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining or service area to meet departmental standardsGreet and make all guests feel welcomeRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashionEnsure the guest has an enjoyable experiencePossess in-depth knowledge of all menu items and specials, including ingredients, preparation methods, etc.Ensure appropriate utensils and condiments are present for the meal being servedCheck all tables to ascertain guest needs.
