Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team As a trusted owners representative Overwatch provides project and construction management services on complex capital projects helping clients successfully navigate design construction commissioning occupancy and closeoutThe Senior Project Manager will lead Overwatchs daytoday project management and construction management services on a complex capital project The Senior Project Manager will begin as a hybrid role and transition to an onsite role in Chattanooga TN in early 2027 Applicant must be available to work onsite Salary Range 125000 135000Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeResponsibilitiesServe as Overwatchs primary onsite representative and daytoday point of contact for the client contractor and project stakeholdersRepresent the clients interests throughout design construction commissioning turnover and closeoutLead coordination among the owner design team contractor commissioning team and project stakeholders to support successful project deliveryEvaluate change orders contractor cost proposals requests for equitable adjustment and other contract modifications and provide recommendations to the clientReview contractor payment applications and support informed project decisions related to cost progress and performanceIdentify and help resolve project issues involving scope budget quality constructability and stakeholder coordinationCoordinate inspections testing commissioning turnover occupancy and project closeout activitiesLead the project team including field staff and project support personnel while maintaining accurate project records and reportingRequirements10 years of construction management owners representative or program management experience on large capital projectsExperience leading projects through design construction commissioning turnover and closeoutExperience evaluating change orders contractor cost proposals payment applications and construction contract modificationsStrong understanding of construction contract administration quality management project controls and risk managementExperience managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholdersBachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related fieldFederal construction project experience preferredAbility to obtain projectrequired security credentials and background clearancesBenefitsHealth Care Plan Medical Dental amp VisionRetirement Plan 401kPaid VacationProfessional Training amp Development
