Salary 4000 6000 per monthBenefits 020 Monthly PerformanceBased Bonus PRP 2 Monthly Medical Allowance Yearly Salary IncrementJob Responsibilities Lead and manage Plumbing amp Sanitary PampS works for new build and AampA projects Oversee project execution including planning site coordination progress monitoring and completion of PampS works Coordinate with main contractors consultants suppliers and other subcontractors on project and technical matters Review and coordinate drawings shop drawings material submissions and technical documentation Monitor site progress work quality manpower and project schedules Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues Conduct site inspections and ensure PampS works are carried out according to approved drawings specifications and project requirements Coordinate testing commissioning inspections and rectification works Attend projectsite meetings and follow up on outstanding technical and site matters Work closely with the project and site teams to ensure smooth and timely project executionRequirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering Building Services Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 35 years of relevant PampS experience in Singapores construction industry Strong experience in Plumbing amp Sanitary works Experience in new build andor AampA projects Able to independently manage and coordinate PampS works on site Good knowledge of PampS systems installation and construction processes Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
