Job DescriptionShift:Wednesday/Thursday - 3rd ShiftSaturday/Sunday - 6pm-6amJob Responsibilities:Responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations during an assigned shift to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient production of medical devices in accordance with BD's Quality Management System, FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and company policies. This role provides direct leadership to production associates, drives operational excellence, supports employee engagement, and ensures achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.The Shift Leader serves as the first-line leader for manufacturing teams and plays a key role in fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, compliance, and respect.Safety & CompliancePromote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety EHS requirements.Conduct daily safety observations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.Ensure adherence to FDA, GMP, ISO 13485, and BD Quality System requirements.Participate in investigations related to safety, quality, deviations, and non-conformances.Escalate operational, quality, and compliance risks in a timely manner.Manufacturing OperationsLead and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve production schedules and customer requirements.Monitor manufacturing performance indicators including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.Ensure staffing levels are aligned
