Job Summary As a Electrical Superintendent, you will play a key role in leading field execution and supporting safe, high-quality project delivery. In this role, you will work closely with direct-hire supervision, subcontractor leadership, field engineering, and construction management to ensure project expectations are clearly communicated and successfully achieved. You will help drive craft productivity, schedule performance, quality standards, and safety compliance while providing the technical direction and field coordination needed to keep work progressing efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Support the Construction Manager in promoting and maintaining strong adherence to Black & Veatch safety, quality, ethical standards, lessons learned, and performance management programs. Report inappropriate conduct or safety concerns involving site personnel to the Construction Manager and Project Safety Manager. Monitor, verify, and report construction activities to ensure alignment with the CPM schedule, project milestones, and commodity installation progress. Partner with craft teams, subcontractors, superintendents, and field engineering to resolve issues related to drawings, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting, and safety. Track discipline-specific productivity, progress, and cost performance, and communicate updates to the Construction Manager and Field Project Controls Manager.
