Job Summary Responsible for coordination of the construction on the project. Coordinates compliance with the schedule, safety, cost, and quality decisions in conjunction with the Project Field Manager. This is a field assignment that requires travel. #LI-KC1 #constructionmanager #transmissionKey Responsibilities Provides the site construction teams the means, methods, and staffing to support construction of Transmission and substations. Works with EH&S group to develop and maintain safety program associated with Transmission Line Construction activities. Develops and maintains Construction procedures and quality programs associated with the Construction of Transmission work. Identifies and supports the sourcing of tooling and equipment necessary for the installation of Transmission Lines. Supports Transmission Line project proposals including development of staffing, equipment, and other direct and indirect quantities and costs to support estimate development. Leads and participates in design constructability reviews. Supports subcontract developments for projects as needed. Active involvement in project risk reviews including identifying and developing mitigation plans associated with Transmission Line Construction. Assists site team in resolving problems and reports on issues related to drawings and information, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting, and safety. Monitors discipline construction productivity, progress, and cost, and reports to Operations Manager, Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager. Takes necessary actio
