As an IT Specialist, you will act as a trusted first point of contact for operational IT support while helping ensure technology services remain reliable, secure, and effective across our African operations. You'll work closely with business users, technical teams, service providers, and vendors to support infrastructure, manage incidents and requests, coordinate technology lifecycle activities, and drive continuous improvement.If you enjoy solving technical challenges, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, and making a tangible impact on business performance, we'd love to hear from you.💻 What you will be doing Deliver IT support by resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues. Support infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, changes, and cybersecurity compliance. Coordinate technology assets, vendors, and service delivery activities. Partner with stakeholders across Africa to ensure reliable and effective technology operations. Developing and delivering differentiated products and service offerings.
