Overview The Ambulatory Operations Analyst Amb Ops Analyst will support performance management and data analysis services for Ambulatory Services, inclusive of Duke Primary Care and Urgent Care, Duke University Hospital Based Clinics, Duke Health Integrated Practice, and associated School of Medicine departments. The role involves regular interaction with operational and departmental leadership, including COOs, VPs, and Clinical Department Chairs to support statistical analysis, data analytics, and business intelligence to inform decision making, planning, and continuous improvement across the organization.
