Nursing Assistant I NA I – Position Summary The Nursing Assistant I NA I works in partnership with Registered Nurses RNs and Licensed Practical Nurses LPNs to provide direct patient care and support unit operations. This role assists with activities of daily living, patient monitoring, specimen collection, vital signs, patient transport, admissions and discharges, and maintaining a safe, clean patient care environment. The NA I is expected to deliver compassionate care while respecting patient dignity, privacy, and cultural differences. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and positioning. Obtain and document vital signs, intake and output, blood glucose results with appropriate training, and other patient information. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN/LPN. Assist nurses and providers during exams and procedures. Support patient admissions, discharges, and transportation. Collect and transpo
