The Duke University School of Nursing DUSON is seeking an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to join our Admissions and Recruitment team. In this highly visible role, you will help shape the future of nursing by recruiting, advising, and supporting prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. You will serve as a key ambassador for the School of Nursing, guiding applicants through the admissions process, building relationships with prospective students, and developing recruitment strategies that support enrollment goals across academic programs. This position combines admissions expertise, student engagement, event planning, data analysis, and marketing outreach. You will work closely with academic program leaders, admissions committees, and university partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping the School of Nursing attract and enroll outstanding students. Minimum Requirements Generally requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience as an Admissions Officer or the equivalent at a comparable college or university. Experience evaluating applicant credentials and applying established admissions policies and procedures. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience utilizing databases, CRM platforms, or student information systems. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in higher education admissions or enrollment management. Knowledge
