In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various events & retail sites. In the office you will assist the Director of Event Marketing with recruiting, hiring, and training of Event Marketing Promoters. Duties in the office will include training new hires, conducting 1 on 1s, scheduling, and preparing supplies for the team.
