Job DescriptionThe Endourology Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory by promoting BD's comprehensive Endourology portfolio. This includes products and technologies used in the treatment of kidney stone disease, ureteral strictures, BPH, and other minimally invasive urologic procedures. The Territory Manager will develop and execute territory business plans, identify new growth opportunities, and expand utilization within existing accounts while building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.
