Job DescriptionThe Senior Maintenance Technician provides informal leadership in the assigned area by supporting effective troubleshooting, repair, and safe operation of equipment. It includes on‑call support, escalation management, and oversight of defect tag processes. The position requires daily participation in TMS meetings and coordination of maintenance activities with the core team. The leader coaches and develops maintenance technicians while ensuring coverage for absent team members. The role also leads and participates in scheduling, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strict adherence to LOTO, 5S, GMP, and GDP standards is expected, along with performing additional duties necessary to support business needs .Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English.
