Thanks to rapid expansion, we are actively hiring for:🌳Tenbury- We have wonderful small team with plenty of referrals ready to be accepted. With a primary contract with the local authority and another local authority that send us referrals, we have around 4 new referral each week💫 Bromyard- A beautiful rural area of the county with a healthy referral rate for new packages ready to accept(We also have opportunities across through our Worcestershire, Malvern, Kidderminster!)🚶 Local Work, Local Clients We aim to match our Care Professionals to clients within their local area wherever possible, helping you spend less time travelling and more time making a difference.💷 Competitive PayWe believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid💰 Monday–Sunday: £13.35 per hour plus 35p per mile💰Bank Holliday Rate: £20.03 per hour plus 35p per mileOur services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover a variety of full-time and part-time shift patterns, including:Earlies - 7am - 2pmTea & Bed - 4pm-10pmLong Days: 07am – 10pm (requiring availability for at least 5 days a week).Weekend Blocks: 7am -2pm & 4pm-10pm🌟 About the Roles & Specific PackagesYou’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently welcoming applications from both male and female care professionals to cover new referrals.(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
