The Opportunity The Virtual Design & Data Solutions VDDS Assistant Engineering Technician under close supervision, provides technical support to engineering teams by performing tasks that require basic understanding of engineering principles and practices to assist in the creation, modification, and maintenance of project deliverables. This role will be responsible for the development of site drainage, grading, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation. This role will be within the Black & Veatch Energy and Process Industries E&PI group, supporting client needs related to Battery Energy Storage System BESS projects. Advanced Civil 3D experience is required with use of proposed grading surfaces and plan development.
