Job Summary Dedicated leadership responsible for the commercial strategy, sourcing, contracting, and performance management engineering subcontracting workforce in India. This role drives engagement with engineering subcontracting companies, commercial negotiations, risk management, and capacity planning to support global engineering demand while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance. The Supplemental Workforce Lead – India coordinates with the Project Management team, Local Subcontracting team and manages commercial agreements, relationships, contract negotiations, and subcontract performance, while supporting resolution of commercial and execution issues associated with engineering services subcontracting. The successful candidate will possess a strong commercial skillset as well as technical engineering background with experience in engineering design execution and multidisciplinary project delivery. This knowledge is essential to effectively evaluate subcontractor capabilities, assess execution approaches, understand technical risk, and support engineering delivery performance across global projects. This role coordinates significantly with EDS Resource Leaders and EDS Solution Leaders to manage supplemental engineering capability to align with overall demand.
