You will partner with the EH&S team to develop and maintain safety programs tied to battery storage and substation construction activities. You will help develop craft training and certification programs for lineman and groundman trades supporting open-shop craft employees, while also maintaining construction procedures and quality programs associated with Substation and BESS work. You will identify and support recruiting needs for craft and field leadership roles tied to project execution.
