As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a senior technical analytics developer, helping transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic priorities across the entire Supply Chain organization. In this role, you'll design and develop advanced analytics solutions, Power BI dashboards, Python-enabled automation, and enterprise-approved AI tools that improve reporting reliability, accelerate decision-making, and create meaningful business value. You'll collaborate with leaders across sourcing, operations, technology, contracting, inventory, shared services, and other Supply Chain functions to solve complex business challenges through data-driven solutions. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 4 years of progressive programming or database administration experience to include design, implementation, tuning, backup, and recovery. Experience developing advanced analytics solutions, business intelligence tools, data products, or reporting solutions in a complex organizational environment. Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, visualizations, measures, and reporting solutions. Experience using Python or comparable programming languages to automate reporting, analytics, workflow processes, data preparation, or quality assurance activities. Experience translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and repeatable analytics solutions. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convert data into actionable business insights. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, or related business functions. Experience developing AI-enabled solutions, agentic workflows, automation tools, or machine learning applications using enterprise-approved technologies. Experience training analysts or business users on analytics tools, dashboard sustainment, automation practices, or AI-enabled development methods.
