looking for an experienced producer to help build and grow the division from the ground upThis is not a seat on an existing team youll own new business development for cyber tech EampO miscellaneous professional liability DampO and EPLI across the middle and uppermiddle market and over the first 24 months youll help shape the practices strategy carrier relationships and eventual hires Youll be relocation assistance is available for the right candidateKey ResponsibilitiesProspect and close new cyber liability accounts across target verticals including legal medical financial services and real estateWork warm leads generated through digital marketing and referral channelsBuild direct relationships with MSPs IT providers and CPAlaw firms as ongoing referral sourcesCrosssell cyber and professional lines coverage into the firms existing commercial PampC bookPresent risk assessments and coverage recommendations directly to business owners and their advisorsMaintain and grow relationships with leading cyber and professional lines carriers and stay current on the threat and pricing landscapeHelp define and build out the practice over time including strategy and future hiresRequirements5 years of experience in commercial PampC production with cyber liability and professional lines at the coreA portable book of business generating 500K800K in annual commission across 25 accountsDirect experience placing cyber and professional lines coverage with toptier carriersDemonstrated experience building something from scratch such as launching a practice opening an office or hiring and managing producersPreferred QualificationsBackground at a toptier brokerage or wholesaler with established institutional carrier relationshipsExperience presenting to and advising senior
