Job DescriptionJob Summary Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, this hybrid role serves as the primary owner and facilitator of the U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation NHO program while supporting key Sales Operations functions, including Vendor Credentialing and Fleet Programs. The position plays a critical role in advancing BD's "speed to ready" objective by delivering consistent, compliant, and engaging onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire readiness and productivity.This role is accountable for the successful delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NHO program, including curriculum management, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and learner support.
