What You Can ExpectIn this role, you will serve as the technical anchor of every pre-sales engagement across APJ, partnering with Account Executives, Customer Experience teams, and Channel Partners to translate complex enterprise requirements into compelling, tailored Workvivo solutions. You will lead consultative discovery sessions, deliver persona-based product demonstrations, and drive technical wins across Workvivo's full portfolio spanning Workvivo HQ, HQ Agent, Seer, Chat, Workvivo TV, and our integrations ecosystem. Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential: you will lead customer-facing engagements, executive briefings, and technical workshops in either language across a diverse region that includes Japan, Singapore, Australia, India, and Southeast Asia. You will report to the Regional Sales Leader in APJ, with a dotted line to the Global Head of Solutions. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence 2 days per week at our Singapore office.
