Program Manager II ndash Stormwater Management and Environmental Resilience Schedule MondayndashFriday 800 amndash500 pm may vary Strategic leader with technical depth Ready to drive stormwater solutions lead teams and deliver projects that strengthen community resilience What Youll Do Lead stormwater programs capital projects and environmental resilience initiativesshaping how the City plans builds and manages sustainable infrastructure Key Responsibilities bull Lead watershed planning stormwater programs and capital projects endtoend bull Manage budgets resources and longterm strategy bull Oversee floodplain management permitting and regulatory compliance bull Coordinate with teams agencies and stakeholders to deliver projects bull Advance green infrastructure water quality and policy initiatives Supervisory Responsibilities bull Lead and develop team members bull Oversee daily operations and performance bull Support hiring training and accountability What You Bring ndash Education amp Experience bull Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Engineering Landscape Architecture or related field bull 10 years of relevant experience green infrastructure experience preferred bull Municipal or utility experience a plus Preferred Certifications bull PE or Landscape Architect license preferred bull Floodplain Manager Certification within 12 months bull Indiana Pesticide amp Fertilizer Applicator Certification within 12 months Technical Skills amp Knowledge bull Stormwater systems floodplain management and watershed planning bull Green infrastructure and regulatory compliance NPDES CSSOP CMOM bull Project management budgeting and PMIS tools bull AutoCAD Civil 3D and data analysis tools Why Work for the City of Fort Wayne Lead impactful work that protects water strengthens infrastructure and supports a more resilient future for the community Equal Opportunity Employer nbsp
