We are hiring for this role on behalf of our clientVehicle Repair Services EngineerLocation Ho Chi Minh City VietnamWorkplace Type OnsiteAbout Our ClientOur client is a joint venture dedicated to accelerating Vietnams energy transition by investing in an endtoend electric twowheeler E2W mobility solution They aim to deliver a seamless consumer experience powered by an integrated digital ecosystemAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vehicle Repair Services Engineer to join our dynamic team This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our vehicle repair operations particularly focusing on electric twowheelers E2W You will be instrumental in developing and delivering comprehensive maintenance training programs conducting thorough predelivery inspections and managing the certification and auditing of repair shops Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high service standards optimizing repair processes and ensuring customer satisfaction This is a Level J position indicating a significant level of responsibility and expertise requiredKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging maintenance techniques instruction for our SSS Service Support System program conducting sessions twice weekly for 8 hours eachPerform PreDelivery Inspections PDI on approximately 50 vehicles per week to ensure they meet all quality and safety standards before deliveryProvide expert instruction on major repair procedures and offer crucial battery pairing support for our vehicle fleetConduct regular audits of certified repair shops including onsite inspections technician interviews and detailed reporting to ensure compliance with our standardsReview repair records including photos and work orders to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy in parts managementSupport monthly inventory checks at partner repair shops to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient parts utilizationTrack and enforce Service Level Agreements SLAs with repair partners assessing delays and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely service deliveryCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to continuously improve repair processes and training materialsMaintain uptodate knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in vehicle repair and maintenanceRequired Skills amp QualificationsProven experience as a mechanic with strong skills in 2wheeler motorcycle service and maintenanceDemonstrated experience or strong aptitude in training mechanics on service techniques and repair proceduresFamiliarity with electric twowheeler E2W specific maintenance and repair is highly advantageousExperience in inventory management and parts logistics within a service environmentKnowledge of workshop certification processes and audit proceduresExcellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and guide othersAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in using diagnostic tools and relevant softwareA bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Technology or a related field is preferredAdditional InformationA company laptop will be provided for this role This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about automotive repair and committed to upholding the highest standards of service The role involves a mix of handson work training and administrative tasks offering a comprehensive and rewarding career opportunity within a growing industry We are looking for someone who can contribute to building a robust and reliable service network
