organization and lead critical logistics procurement inventory and supply chain operations This position will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that improve operational efficiency control costs strengthen supplier and logistics partnerships and ensure the timely and reliable movement of goods throughout the supply chain The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement Operations Finance Sales IT and other crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for improvement manage operational risks and support the organizations continued growth This is a highly collaborative leadership position suited to an individual who combines strong analytical capabilities with practical logistics experience sound business judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment The role offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary between 140000200000 annually plus a performancebased bonus and is a fulltime immediate start position within the Procurement amp Supply Chain departmentKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectivesOversee strategic procurement inventory management warehousing transportation distribution and supplier coordinationManage relationships and negotiations with suppliers carriers logistics providers and other external partnersMonitor inventory levels demand forecasts stock rotation and replenishment requirements to minimize shortages and excess inventoryAnalyze supply chain performance data and develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costsEstablish monitor and report key performance indicators KPIs to senior managementIdentify operational risks and develop contingency plans to maintain supply chain continuityEnsure compliance with applicable regulations company policies safety requirements and traderelated standardsLead mentor and support logistics and supply chain personnel while fostering a highperformance team environmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate procurement requirements deliveries inventory and logistics and supply chain operationsSupport international logistics activities customs requirements and tradecompliance processes where applicableRequired Skills amp QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related fieldMasters degree in a relevant discipline is preferred57 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain managementDemonstrated experience managing supply chain initiatives and delivering measurable operational resultsStrong knowledge of procurement inventory management demand planning transportation warehousing and distributionExperience working with Transportation Management Systems TMS Enterprise Resource Planning ERP platforms or comparable supply chain technologyStrong analytical and problemsolving capabilities including the ability to interpret operational and financial dataExperience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platformsExcellent negotiation communication relationshipmanagement and stakeholdermanagement skillsDemonstrated leadership experience including the ability to manage mentor and develop teamsStrong projectmanagement
