The Role The Manager, New Business, will lead, coach, and develop a team of New Business Executives responsible for creating and closing strategic, new business within larger, complex K-12 accounts. ; Reporting to the Director of New Business, the leader will own team revenue performance, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and execution of GoGuardian’s new-business strategy. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, field leader, and performance-focused strategist who knows when to coach, when to challenge, and when to step in to help the team succeed. ; What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of New Business Executives to achieve individual and team revenue goals. Own performance against team quotas, with a clear focus on qualified pipeline creation, strategic account penetration, and deal execution. ; Set and lead the team’s strategy to create demand, prioritize high-potential accounts, and build relationships. ; Coach sellers on strategic account planning, problem-led discovery, executive engagement, multithreading, champion development, and business-case creation. . Serve as a field leader by participating in high-impact district meetings and helping sellers navigate complex buying processes. ; ; Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts using Salesforce and customer evidence to drive predictability and precision.
