Responsibilities: Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more by class and type into plastic bins. Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed
