Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Serve as a senior member of the Electrical Engineering team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver critical product enhancements and next-generation robotic systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include architecture, design, prototyping, verification, validation, certification, and manufacturing support.Support multiple concurrent R&D initiatives while collaborating with global technical teams to achieve program objectives and project milestones.Drive improvements in product quality, reliability, and performance across the Pharmacy Automation portfolio through a combination of hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and innovative electrical engineering solutions.Develop electrical solutions for both new and sustaining products, including manufacturing test systems, automated test applications, system diagnostics tools, monitoring capabilities, and support for existing PCB designs.Create, maintain, and release technical documentation supporting hardware development, system integration, manufacturing, and service activities.Provide technical leadership and support for regulatory compliance and certification activities across multiple product lines.
