In this role, you'll provide both people and technical leadership, driving strategic infrastructure initiatives, mentoring employees, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of systems that support our organization. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure professional with expertise in networking, server administration, cloud platforms, and systems architecture, combined with a passion for mentoring and motivating others. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Manages the administration of network and system infrastructure and monitors system performance Guides day to day activities of the team while developing and mentoring staff in network connectivity, system protocols, assessments and/or disaster recovery. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network and infrastructure professionals. Conduct coaching, performance discussions, and career development planning for team members Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support business objectives. Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft server environments and enterprise network systems. Lead infrastructure modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve performance, reliability, and security.
