Your Opportunity n We have an immediate need for a Senior Architect Health to join our Alberta Practice This role is intended for an experienced architect who is passionate about shaping healthcare environments that support patientcentred care operational efficiency clinical excellence staff wellbeing and community access The successful candidate will bring proven experience in acute care ambulatory care clinical diagnostic longterm care mental health or other healthrelated facilities and will help strengthen Stantecs Health practice across the Prairies and Territories n As a Senior Health Architect you will guide complex healthcare projects through planning functional programming design documentation procurement construction administration commissioning support and closeout You will work directly with healthcare clients clinical and operational user groups project managers integrated design teams and subject matter experts to translate models of care workflow requirements infection prevention and control considerations technical standards stakeholder priorities and patient and staff needs into practical wellcoordinated architectural solutions n This role requires a balance of design leadership healthcare planning knowledge technical judgment delivery discipline and client service You will help create facilities that are safe inclusive resilient sustainable adaptable and responsive to evolving models of care while supporting a collaborative team culture You will also contribute to pursuits client development interviews mentoring and the continued growth of Stantecs Health practice n Your Key Responsibilities nn Guide healthcare projects from early planning and functional programming through design construction administration commissioning support and closeout n Translate client clinical operational infection prevention and control accessibility stakeholder and publicsector healthcare priorities into coordinated architectural solutions n Work with project and practice leadership to align scope schedule budget quality risk and design intent n Coordinate integrated design teams and apply Stantecs quality BIM document control and delivery processes n Support client and stakeholder meetings clinical user group workshops functional programming sessions presentations pursuits interviews and healthcare approvals n Coach team members and contribute to portfolio development thought leadership and marketfacing materials n
