n Your Opportunity n As part of our team you will work to plan design and develop complex water infrastructure projects You will perform a variety of complex tasks that may include conducting analyses and preparing project documents and reports preparing plans and specifications engaging with clients on technical issues and coordinating with project teams and project managers This is a professionaltrack position targeting engineering graduates with 0 to 4 years of experience seeking to further develop their skills and become licensed engineers in Florida n Your Key Responsibilities nn Develop project concepts and support design tasks on assigned projects under the supervision of a Project Engineer Technical Lead andor Project Managern As part of the project engineering team support alternative analyses and business case evaluations for making project decisionsn Conduct analyses and designs for a variety of waterwastewater infrastructure projects including conveyance storage stormwater management treatment and othersn Coordinate with other design professionals and help resolve conflicts during the development and implementation of a project Take initiative to identify appropriate corrective actionsn Participate in field work pilot studies and other data analysis activitiesn Collaborate with other team members technical leads and project managers to complete complex projects with high qualityn Be familiar with industry standards and manuals ie ASTM AWWA etc as well as client and regulatory agency standards and requirementsn Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assignednn Your Capabilities and Credentials nn Has a developing understanding of relevant areas of water infrastructure designn Possesses excellent time management skills takes ownership of task assignment and schedule budgeting and efficient use of time and resourcesn Ability to effectively discuss project issues with the project team and support the development of project solutions Asks questions and seeks answersn Proficiency in relevant discipline software programs and tools such as AutoCAD ArcGIS and othersn Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment creativity collaboration and innovationn Strong interpersonal skills for working in diverse team environments with staff clients and stakeholders including working in remotevirtual settingsn Strong written and verbal communication skillsn
