Your OpportunitynWe are looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst to be part of the evolution and enhancement of our Oracle HCM Cloud including Oracle Financials Projects Payroll and HRMS to meet the needs of our businessnAs a Functional Analyst you will collaborate with technical analysts and endusers to resolve tier 1 and tier 2 incidentsproblems perform regular and ondemand service delivery activities and monitorresolve processing exceptions by using knowledge of the frontend system procedures and data dependencies You will also provide functionalexpertisein assigned project roles on implementing Oracle solutionsn Your Key Responsibilitiesnn Monitor and respondin a timely mannerto incidents and service interruptions logged by the IT Service Center in the service management systemn Provide functionalexpertisefor assigned projectroleon implementing Oracle HCM and Taleo and other HR implementationsn Contribute to the solution design configuration integration testing training knowledgetransfer activities and postproduction support requirementsn Guide the team with best business practices of the functionalities of Oracle HCMTaleoand other HR solutionsn Perform service delivery activities following predefined processesprocedures including periodquarteryearend processing table updates etcn Execute a variety of tasks in support ofacquisitionmigrationsn Collaborate with andor escalate incidents to functional developerstechnical analysts when resolution through frontend does not appearevidentn Identifyopportunities to reduce or prevent incidents occurring such as educatingtraining endusers or functionaltechnical changesn Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics requested actions and perform testingn Plan prepare and execute functional and system testingassistin issueresolutionand develop test cases asrequiredn Consult business and system analysts on enduser system practicesn Adhere to Stantecs Solution Delivery Framework Incident Management and Change Management proceduresn
