How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team: The Education Interpreter & Site Representative delivers hands-on education outdoor environmental programs to overnight and day groups of visitors to TRCA’ sites and facilities. Major Responsibilities: Guides visitors to TRCA’s sites and facilities and programs. Greets and welcomes visitors, outlining facility and/or grounds usage and protocols, completing all administrative procedures Learns program content to be able to effectively deliver interactive programs to various audiences Ensures program equipment/supplies and/or artifacts are not damaged in execution of third-party program/location usage etc. Assist the food service staff in providing and delivering meals as required Provide on-site coordination and caretaking of the facility and/or grounds and all assets and materials used Opens and securely closes site/facility as required following TRCA protocols and initiates emergency protocols when needed
