FB PROMOTIONS MANAGER n Position Summary n The FB Promotions Manager is responsible for driving guest traffic customer engagement and revenue across all restaurants bars and lounges of Sheraton Astana Hotel n The position develops and executes FB promotional activities identifies new business opportunities builds relationships with local customers and partners and supports the FB team in achieving outlet revenue targets n The FB Promotions Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and FB Manager and works closely with the Marketing Team and FB Leaders to develop and implement effective promotional and revenuegenerating strategies n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n 1 FB Promotions Revenue Generation nn Develop and execute monthly and annual FB promotional plans in cooperation with FB Leaders and the Marketing Team n Create and promote campaigns special events seasonal offers business lunches brunches dinners celebrations and other revenuegenerating initiatives n Develop initiatives to increase outlet traffic average check repeat visits and customer spend n Identify opportunities to increase revenue during lowdemand periods and maximize business during peak periods n Monitor the results of promotions and recommend improvements based on revenue and customer response n Support FB Leaders in achieving restaurant bar and lounge revenue targets nn 2 Local Business Development nn Proactively identify and develop new local customers and business opportunities n Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients event organizers local companies communities and other potential FB partners n Conduct client visits networking presentations and other business development activities n Develop partnerships and crosspromotional opportunities that generate incremental FB revenue n Maintain an uptodate database of prospects partners and key customers nn 3 Outlet Sales Customer Engagement nn Develop outletspecific promotional activities according to each concept target market and revenue objectives n Promote private dining celebrations birthdays anniversaries business dinners and other social occasions n Work with FB Operations and Culinary teams to develop attractive offers and experiences that meet customer demand n Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty through targeted promotions and relationship management n Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant FB and Marketing teams nn 4 Marketing Content nn Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement integrated FB promotional campaigns n Provide input for social media content digital campaigns promotional materials menus offers and other communication tools n Ensure all promotional materials accurately represent the hotels FB concepts offers pricing and brand standards n Support the promotion of FB outlets through appropriate digital social corporate and local marketing channels nn 5 Market Competitor Analysis nn Monitor local FB trends customer preferences competitor activities pricing promotions and new market opportunities n Provide relevant market insights and recommendations to FB management n Identify opportunities to differentiate Sheraton Astanas FB offerings and strengthen their local market positioning nn REQUIRED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS nn Minimum 3 years of experience in FB sales marketing promotions hospitality or a related commercial role n Strong understanding of FB operations and the local hospitality and social market n Proven ability to develop promotional initiatives and generate incremental revenue n Strong communication negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills n Creative and proactive approach to sales and promotions n Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue generation n Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines n Proficiency in English and Russian Kazakh is an advantage nnn n FB SheratonAstana n FB FB n FB FB FB nn nn n 1 FB nn FB FB n n n n n FB nn 2 nn n FB n n FB n nn 3 nn FB n n FB Operations Culinary n n FB nn 4 nn FB n n FB n FB nn 5 nn FB n FB n Sheraton Astana FB nn nn FB 3 n FB n n n n n n n
