Globally, each year we recruit hundreds of graduates and students who help us see things differently and solve the most complex challenges facing our clients, climate and communities.The opportunityAssist in technical and commercial due diligence reviews, construction and O&M monitoring across different sectors: transportation, energy, telecom, industrial facilities, water, etc. Analyze risks including cost, schedule, design, contracts, permitting Request and manage relevant project information and coordinate with team members Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and coordinate/manage relevant project inputs from other consultants Assisting with proposals according to deadline Is this role right for you? Completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar with coursework in engineering and/or applied math/sciences where relevant Demonstrate interest in the built environment generally and, ideally, in infrastructure one or more sectors such as transportation, water, industry, energy, data centers, social infrastructure, etc. Proficient in MS Office suite particularly, MS Excel Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working Analytical mindset and/or strategic thinker Previous intern or work experience preferredBilingual Spanish or Portuguese with English preferredComfortable with public speaking in professional settings preferred Familiarity with project management tools and techniques preferred Flexibility and out-of-the-box innovative thinking preferred Working understanding of project development process and project finance preferred Coursework in construction economics or construction management preferredKnowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera 6, Excel financial modeling techniques, VBA Effective presentation skills for a variety of audiences preferredOut-of-the-box innovative thinking preferredTo be considered for a graduate opportunity, your application must include a copy of your cv/resume and meet the following criteria:Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment startsAlongside your degree, we look for the following core attributes; Changemakers: A passion for sustainable development and creating a better world is key.
