They will provide Revit Technical Management Skills relating to the Modelling team, both Modellers and Engineers working in the Virtual Design Environment.The OpportunityDevelop and coordinate high-quality Building Information Modelling BIM models, data and project documentation for Building Services projects.Undertake drawing production, modelling and multidisciplinary coordination activities during both design and construction phases of projects.Facilitate virtual design reviews, identify coordination issues within BIM models and work collaboratively to resolve clashes and design conflicts.Support and provide Revit technical expertise to both modellers and engineers working within the virtual design environment.Monitor and ensure compliance with Common Data Environment CDE standards and project BIM protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region to support project delivery through work-sharing initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement by promoting BIM best practices, digital workflows and emerging technologies within the teamAt Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas.You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.Is this role right for you?Recognised qualification in Engineering, Design, Drafting or a related discipline.Minimum 3 to 5 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience within a consulting engineering or contractor environment.Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and a good understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.Experience using BIM and coordination platforms such as Navisworks, Solibri, Clarity, Autodesk Forma, Trimble Connect and BCF collaboration tools.Good understanding of building projects and the coordination requirements between multiple disciplines within a BIM environment.Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols and Common Data Environment CDE workflows, with exposure to openBIM methodologies considered advantageous.Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teamsNot ready to apply just yet, or have a few questions?
