About the roleOur Transport Infrastructure team in Perth is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Principal Civil Engineer – Roads & Highways to join us on a permanent basis. This is a leadership role combining technical excellence, people leadership, and client-facing delivery. You will lead the delivery of major and complex road and highway projects, provide direction and mentoring to a high-performing team, and work closely with Business and Group Leaders to support growth across WA’s transport sector. You will maintain a strong hands-on technical presence while taking responsibility for team leadership, project delivery oversight, client relationships, and business development support. You will be supported to build a rewarding long-term career within a collaborative, values-driven global consultancy.
