Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLeadership:Lead and motivate production personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide hands-on training and mentorship to operators, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practicesSupport the Production Supervisor in managing daily operations and resolving issues promptly.Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.Production & Process Management:Oversee production performance to ensure timely output and product quality.Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow and meet production targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness gains.Technical Operations:Operate, set up, sanitize, adjust, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.Perform and document preventive maintenance PMs accurately and on schedule.Maintain clear, legible logs and records; neat handwriting is required.Train operators on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance procedures.Provide technical support to ensure smooth equipment operation and minimal downtime.Certification Requirement: Must complete Lead Operator 1 certification within 1 year of assuming the role.Quality AssuranceMonitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold and improve quality standards.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate production records and ensure confirmation accuracy.
