Position Summary...The Director, Change Enablement CTC is a senior transformation leader responsible for defining and delivering the integrated communications, executive messaging, training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness strategy for a large-scale payroll enterprise transformation. This role owns the Change Enablement operating model and will lead and direct a team of Change Enablement Managers responsible for communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement, change activities, and readiness planning. The Director provides strategic direction, establishes priorities and standards, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures consistent, high-quality execution across the portfolio. About the team:Our team leads comprehensive payroll transformation across the U.S. and Canada by integrating Program Management, Change Enablement, and the Payroll Center of Excellence. Program Management ensures disciplined execution through planning, governance, and risk management. Change Enablement addresses the people side of transformation by preparing leaders and employees for new processes and technologies via communication and training. The Payroll Center of Excellence provides centralized oversight, aligning projects and standards across payroll systems.
