Position Summary...What you'll do...Performs routine preventive maintenance on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules andguidelines. Performs major and minor repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures using multiple craft skills for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry,material handling equipment, food equipment. Inspects, operates, and tests equipment to diagnose issues. Dismantles machines or facilities toaccess and remove defective parts. Utilizes blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing required written and electronic information for example, expensevouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs. Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines and ensures workmeets federal, state, and local regulations.
