Position summary
Help raise the bar on quality and process reliability as a Quality Engineer within Walmart Supply Chain. In this role, you’ll lead loss-elimination work using Walmart Performance System WPS methods—turning data, observations, and root cause insights into standard work and sustained improvements. You’ll partner with DC leaders to reduce variation, strengthen One Best Way execution, and deliver measurable KPI gains.

What you’ll do Lead quality loss elimination using WPS tools 5S, RCA, Six Sigma, time/motion studiesBuild quality loss profiles, KPI reporting, and gap analyses to guide improvement workManage execution of top quality-loss projects and identify replication opportunitiesCreate and improve standard work to reduce process variation and prevent deviationsPartner with DC leaders to support WPS programs, engagement, and KPI improvements
