Responsibilities Operate commercial equipment, including dishwashing machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers. Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, butcher blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces as assigned. Transfer supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas while following proper lifting procedures.
