This role will ensure customer experience is a priority from pre-sales to post implementation. Has thorough knowledge of pharmacy and materials management practice/workflows, and BD’s pharmacy automation dispensing solution. Maintains deep solution expertise for the outpatient and long-term care pharmacy specialties.A background in retail/outpatient pharmacy operations/workflow design is a must. Long-term care experience preferred.Expertly performs complex customer current state assessment and creates a compelling future state case to meet customer’s strategic objectives/vision.
