Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Monitor production processing via random QA auditsSupport/perform necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniquesConduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findingsHelp with problem solving – root cause analysis – corrective actionsAssist with accurate documentation of quality inspection resultsSupport production monitoring raw materials comply to required specificationsMonitor outgoing products are in compliance with required specificationsEnsure production personnel are following proper procedures for ongoing production checksAssist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring proceduresDevelopment and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructionsAudit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standardsProvide support management with detailed quality reports as required – daily, weekly, monthly, etc.Other duties as required by quality managementEducation and Experience:High School / GED Preferred1+ year of Quality Assurance experience, PreferredKnowledge and Skills:Ability to work with little supervisionExperience enforcing SWI / SOPs and product specificationsGMP / GDP knowledge Knowledge in ExcelStrong mathematics skillsKnowledge on Quality criteria and standard regulationsExperience with measuring equipment Physical Demands: Lifting / CarryingStanding / WalkingWork Environment:Manufacturing#earlycareerWhy Join Us?To find purpose in t
