Job DescriptionProcurement ManagerAbout the Role: As Procurement Manager, you’ll lead sourcing strategy execution across assigned sites and categories, aligned with our 3–5 year roadmap. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing supplier selection/qualification, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, managing day-to-day operations, developing strategies to reduce costs and lead times while improving quality and service levels. The role requires excellent English communication skills as well as strong analytical capabilities. Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with BD’s strategic roadmap and category objectives. Lead procurement-driven initiatives across multiple sites to ensure consistent value delivery.Financial impact: Drives near-, mid-, and long-term value across a substantial portion of Dispensing supply base. Accountable for delivery against functional goals, including cost savings, non-price value creation, inflation/price movement management, and standard cost integrity.Pipeline Development: Create long-term plans that support organizational goals.
