This role will have Utility (IOUs, Municipalities, Co-Ops) project focus. Your primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of Electrical Engineering scopes assigned to the team. As a P&C Team Lead, you will contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and workflows that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across the department. TLs are responsible for promoting, implementing, and reinforcing these processes while serving as a mentor and coach to their team.
