The Team Lead will assist in the development of the departments Standard Best Practices (SBPs) and enforcing / implementing them where pertinent. Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to employees on their team and help them continually develop as professionals. ; Salary Range: $100,000 - $165,000 / year ; The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.
