This role partners closely with finance leadership, accounting, and technical teams to drive informed decision‑making, evaluate investments, and support the firm’s long‑term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will help develop and lead the financial planning and analysis function for a high-growth, industry-leading firm. Responsibilities: Assist with company valuation models and related risk assessment activities. Collaborate with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to gather assumptions, challenge inputs, and ensure alignment with growth and strategic objectives. Provide leadership for annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles for the firm and key departments. Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and capital expenditure and operating expense modeling. Analyze, model, and monitor return on key investments and capital purchases, providing insights and recommendations. Build and evaluate sensitive analysis scenarios to support strategic, financial, and operational decision‑making. Create and monitor business performance metrics, including key performance indicator tracking, profitability analysis, and trend analysis.
