Manages large-scale, cross-functional maintenance projects, including capital improvements, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Tracks project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities. 2. Leads a team of Managers and Supervisors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities. Builds a highperforming, safety-focused maintenance organization through workforce planning and technical training. Promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations.3. Develops and manages regional maintenance budgets, including labor, materials, and capital expenditures. Evaluates return on investment for maintenance investments and identifies cost-saving opportunities through vendor management and process optimization. Ensures accurate forecasting and reporting of maintenance-related financials. Ensures financial and policy compliance by reviewing and approving corporate card transactions and associate time records to verify alignment with company policies, approved scopes of work and budgetary guidelines.4.
