The Senior Conference Planner for Speaker Sourcing and Management is a critical role which supports the onboarding and logistical coordination for our invited guest keynotes and case study speakers at Gartner Conferences. This role is integral to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Gartner Speaker and Sourcing Management team. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, External Speaker Management who will oversee executive speaker sourcing strategy. What you will do:Own the coordination and pre-conference preparation for all executive speakers including ensuring speaker meets all legal requirements, collecting marketing materials and slideware.Systems, database, and spreadsheet managementEffectively communicate speaker permissions and expectations with internal teams such as content, housing, registration, and program management.Ensure deadlines are met by both speaker and internal teamsScreen submissions for potential speakersHost guest speakers and manage an exceptional onsite experienceProactively handle and troubleshoot emerging problems throughout the planning cycle and onsite experienceAssist with strategic projects to help shape the operations of the organization What you will need:Bachelor’s degree preferred2-3 years professional work experienceHigh sense of urgency and ability to prioritizeExcellent customer service and communication skillsExceptional attention to detailProactive problem-solving skillsProven ability to master new systems and toolsOutstanding written and verbal communications skills#LI-BO2#LI-hybridWho are we?
